OUR MISSION

KB Housing provides quality housing throughout Central Texas, serving traditional renters, veterans, military families, and community partners. We work closely with SSVF providers, HUD-VASH teams, GPD programs, VA case managers, and other housing organizations to provide safe, affordable housing options while also offering traditional rentals and pathways to homeownership.

Traditional Rentals

KB Housing offers apartments, multifamily properties, and single-family homes throughout Killeen, Fort Cavazos, Copperas Cove, Temple, Belton, and surrounding communities.

Veteran Housing

We proudly support veterans and their families by working with SSVF providers, HUD-VASH teams, GPD programs, VA case managers, housing navigators, and community organizations.

Rent-to-Own

The KB Housing Rent-to-Own Program provides qualified applicants with an alternative path toward homeownership. Families who may not currently qualify for traditional financing can explore other options.
